Minky is a super soft fabric with a fluffy texture on one side. Minky can be used for clothing, however it is best to add a ribbing for the binding/bands.

This fabric is a wrinkle free, quick dry fabric which has a texture similar to that of a peach skin.
Not only can you make the most wonderful, colourful board shorts out of this base, but it's also great for skirts, the outer layer of jackets, and beach bags.

Cotton Canvas 250gsm is one of our heaviest and most structured fabrics we offer. It is perfect for those projects that need a little extra weight and durability, such as cushion covers, tote bags, and aprons.

Athletic Knit is also known as Sports Performance and is a high quality long lasting fabric that is mostly used for activewear. It is luscious and silky with a 4-way stretch.
Obviously, it's a great option for activewear, including crop tops, tights but also for more durable and heavier weight swim alternatives.

This Cotton Canvas is very similar to the heavier Cotton Canvas we offer, however has a little lest structure and is a bit softer. It would be a great option for overalls or other garments that need a touch more structure, weight and durability.

PUL is a soft clear coating of polyurethane that is applied to the back of fabrics resulting in a product that is water resistant with a small amount of breathability.
PUL is commonly used for Modern Cloth Nappies, wet bags and shower caps, but is also great for raincoats, art smocks, umbrellas, picnic mats.
Recommended cold to 40 degree washes and line drying in the shade.

This fabric is lovely and soft, sheer and perfect for making loose, unstructured dresses and blouses. Because of its loose and open weave, it is the perfect fabric to wear during hot summer months.

This is another 4-way stretch fabric this is a blend of polyester, with a little spandex and stretch and recovery. Both sides have been 'brushed' giving the fabric a lovely slight fuzzy feel. DBP does not shrink and has awesome drape.
This lovely fabric is wonderful for allllll the dresses, pyjamas, leggings, skirts, cardigans, tops, lightweight hoodies and jumpers.

This fabric is very similar to our rayon, however has a lovely satin sheen to it. It drapes beautifully, has a buttery, silky feel and holds the colour really well. I can't wait to see what you make with it!

French Terry is a mid-weight fabric, lighter than fleece but heavier and more structured than cotton lycra. FT has a 4-way stretch, with a smooth front printed side (like cotton lycra) and a looped backing making it warm and cozy.
It is mostly used for casual clothing, think trackies, jumpers and hoodies.

Rayon is a super buttery, drapey soft fabric that is perfect for all sorts of summery clothes. Garments made of rayon will shrink if washed in warm water, so please pre-wash before using.
Rayon is often known for its difficulty in sewing as although it has no stretch, it is likes to move. We recommend using a rotary cutter and lots of pattern weights for this one.

This fabric is a beautiful soft, seersucker texture with a great blend of cotton and rayon. Being a higher composition of cotton, it holds its structure a lot more than rayon.
Perfect for summery type clothing like dresses, tops, skirts, headbands and scrunchies.
Pre-order fabric is fabric that is specifically ordered by you, with the chosen design, on the chosen fabric base in the chosen print scale. It is not held in stock, and will require a 8-10week manufacturing and processing time.
Retail fabric is fabric that I have in stock, that is already printed to a set measurement. It is not able to be customised, however can be shipped within 3 business days of your order.
No, I only print my own prints on fabric through my manufacturer.
All designs featured on this website are illustrated and designed by myself, Teggun Ashleigh. I retain the copyright to all designs and they cannot be recreated or used in the creation of products without the my permission.
Once purchased through Teggun Ashleigh website, you are allowed to use that fabric for commercial purposes with acknowledgement of the artist. If you would like to use images from my website in the promotion of your pre-orders or makes we ask that you use watermarked images where possible - we are happy to supply them to you, so get in touch if needed.

There is nothing like being able to touch and feel fabric, to see if you like it or not. You can purchase a sample pack of either our full selection of bases, the staples base pack, the extra's base pack or 1 base at a time.

Each design is available to be printed in three different scales: mini, midi or mega.
Mini is printed on a 10x10cm scale
Midi is printed on a 25x25cm scale
Mega is printed on a 50x50cm scale.
On each prints product photos, you can see the scales in relation to a 30cm ruler.
Hopefully this will allow all sewists to have the right scale for all their sewing needs.
Please ensure you double (and then triple!) check your orders before purchasing. As all of our fabrics are printed to order, we unfortunately cannot process refunds or accept returns for any ordering errors or change of mind.
The printing of custom designed fabric is quite a complex process so you may come across a fault occasionally. Teggun Ashleigh Fabrics are checked multiple times throughout the process, but the odd fault may get missed. Please check your orders thoroughly when they arrive. You have 6 weeks from the date of delivery to you to report any fault in your fabric. If you do receive fabric that has a fault, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss your options.

We offer 2 flat rate shipping fees for fabric within Australia.
For fabric, 1m and under, a flat rate fee of $12.00 AU is applied.
For fabric, over 1m, a flat rate fee of $16.00 AU is applied.
For orders over $250, shipping within Australia is free.
International shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Unfortunately, at this time, pick up is not an option. It will be something we revise in the future.
We get it, sometimes you buy fabric and fall out of love with it. That's ok!
Although we don't offer returns for change of mind, you can post a destash ad on our Private FB Community.
It is best practice to wash your fabrics how you intend your final projects to be washed, so that you don't have any issues when finished. We recommend sewing washing in the coolest water possible (40 degrees or below) on a gentle cycle and drying on the line, inside out, in the shade.
Ensure you use quality washing powders or liquids that contain no bleaching or whitening agents to take the best of care with the colours. We recommend washing like-coloured fabrics together. Some recommend using colour catchers with your knit fabrics for their final wash.
